It absolutely serves the purpose I purchased it for. The sensitivity level can be adjusted to extremly sensitive like a single knock or putting a key in the door (that sensitive). It is very good for the purposes for which it is intended to work with the Skylink alarm. I highly recommend it if you are in needed of monitoring a place which requires sensing vibration/movement. (Doors, Drawers, Glass, etc)

I love the concept of this sensor. Although somewhat large (a bit larger than a pack of cigarettes), the sensor linked right up to my SC-001 panel and responds to vibrations as advertised. However, when I went to mount the unit on my window, I placed the double-sided tape on the back of the unit so the unit would be facing the correct way with the LED light that indicates both vibration and "low battery" facing outwards (towards the room). It was then I realized that to change the battery I would have to tear the sensor off the window, and then presumably clean the old tape off the window and unit before reinstalling both tape and unit.

Why the battery cover could not have been placed on the front of the unit I'm not sure, but it's a poor design. To get around this I thought maybe some velcro tape could be used instead, although I'd rather have the sensor stuck more firmly to the window than have the cushioned layer of velcro between glass and sensor.

Ah well, that's what $23 worth of Chinese goods will get ya, but again at least the sensor works as advertised.

The marketing-speak says "featuring fast up to 15MB/s Read/Write speeds", but look closely at the picture of the card and notice the number "4" in a "C" shape. That symbol means this card is rated "Class 4", meaning, by the "SD Association" testing standard only 4MB/s is guaranteed. This card has an inflated price to match the misleading marketing. SanDisk Ultra 16 GB Class 6 SDHC Flash Memory Card SDSDRH-016G-A11 Review by NLee the Engineer (Nashua, NH)

The labeling of this item (SanDisk Ultra II 16 GB SDHC card) is very confusing. On the front side it claims a maximum speed of 15MB/sec. At the same time, it is marketed as 'Class-4' (which means a minimum read/write speed of just 4MB/s). To move up to a 'class-6' card from the same manufacturer, you have to buy the SanDisk 16gb Extreme III SDHC card which costs 2-3 times more.

I decided to take a chance with this Ultra II card, even though my new Canon EOS Rebel T1i explicitly requires a 'Class-6' card for video capture. I'm happy to report that the card is fast enough to keep up with my camera, even in burst mode and in 1080 HD video mode.

My own benchmark (see 'Customer Images') revealed that the read speed of this card is consistently fast at 18-19MB/s. But its write speed is strongly dependent on the data file size:
- For small files of 1MB each, the card is only able to write at about 6MB/s. That means it qualifies as a borderline 'class-6'.
- For typical photo files (4-6MB each), the write speed is much faster at around 10MB/s.
- When writing a huge file of 1GB, the card can actually achieve the claimed maximum speed of 15MB/s.

The SanDisk Ultra II may not be a good choice if you want to use it as a ReadyBoost device (frequent writing of smaller file). But when used in digital cameras, this 'class-4' card is just as fast or even faster than other brands of 'class-6' cards (such as the Transcend 16 GB SDHC Class 6, which levels off at 11MB/s for large files). This makes the Ultra II a great value - especially for those people who prefer to stay with a trusted name brand.

[Update on Nov 18, 2011]
At the time of my original review, this Sandisk Ultra card was marketed as a 'class-4', while the Extreme card was called a 'class-6'. But now the Ultra is called 'class-6' while the Extreme is 'class-10'. I strongly suspect it is just marketing people playing tricks with definitions of 'class-4/6/10'.

Love this product. Great for those long bike rides and plane trips. Light weight around the neck or clipped on your shirt. The headphones are weird. I use the Sony's I got a while ago. Calls are OK as long as the device is close to your mouth. Having it hang on your cheats makes the call almost impossible. Unless you like talking to your belly button. Sound quality is good. If you pair this noise canceling headphones is great for planes. Wish it were a tad louder. Great battery life and the USB charging port is pretty common.

My guess is that Amazon purchased a bunch of factory rejects with imperfections, and sold them at a discount. When it looked suspect, I compared it to a new one from bestbuy. The one I got looks like crap compared to the one from bestbuy. Same thing for my "Skin" from Skinit, that I ordered from Amazon. I wondered how Amazon could sell a $15 product for $2.85, now I know. The skin didn't even have a cut out for my Ipod nano display. I had to us a razor blade to cut a rectangle in it. Ridiculous.

This is a very cute way to keep track of my two year old. We just got it today. However, I am very disappointed to see that the front clasp on the harness doesnt stay closed. I dont know if this is faulty craftmanship or what but not happy that now I have to go through the trouble and mail it back.

Update: after spending 10.70 to return the faulty item priority mail I received another one as requested. The one that was sent to me has a clasp that has the same piece on each side. It is impossible to close. I dont know where this seller got their product but this is ridiculous. I wont purchase from them again.

I bought this neoprene case because it was suggested by Amazon to match the fantastic Acer 1830T 68U118 laptop. It is too light or thin to provide any protection except for scratches and it is too big. Do not use its pocket to hold anything like a charger, a mouse or dvd drive because if there is a substantial bump or drop you could crack the computer case. I gave it away to someone with a Mac. After a lot of research, I bought the Caselogic QNS-111 11.6 inch which fits the computer perfectly for less than $20. It is light, has a semi-hard case, provides real protection and is still a small package. Carry your charger in another bag.

This sleeve-style soft case is great and just what i was looking for, for my Aspire 1830T. The best part of it is that it's TSA friendly, so when traveling, as long as you dont have anything else in the sleeve (like the charging cord or mouse) you can leave the laptop in the sleeve when going through security. And if you travel a lot this is important!

When I travel, I usually leave the mouse and power cord in my backpack so I can leave the laptop in the sleeve.

After my first Timeline was stolen and I replaced it I needed a new case. When I first looked there were no cases that fit a computer this size. A year later I was happy to find this case. The computer fits well not to tight but just right. The extra pocket is great for accessories but don't use it when doing airport security. When new it has a bit of a smell but just leave it propped open for awhile and it goes away. The quality seems very good. I am happy with the case. As a side line I also have the same case only much smaller for my camera. The fact that it has some stretch is a real plus when carrying extra items.

The hubcaps look great at a low cost. I recently noticed that I was missing one hubcap on my 2003 Toyota Camry. I purchased the pack of four at a cost lower than one new hubcap from the manufacturer.

I am giving the hubcaps a four star rating because there were no instructions with the package. You wouldn't think instructions are needed but you have to install an included metal ring on each hubcap. I looked online and it's easy to put the hubcap ring in place. The metal ring has a notch that aligns down toward the hubcap groove for the valve stem. Also, the hubcap has tabs that circle the inner part of the hubcap with two grooves that will hold the metal ring in place. I carefully placed the metal ring on the outer groove of each tab. The next step is to remove the old hubcaps. I used a flathead screwdriver to remove my old hubcaps. I then aligned the new hubcap valve groove with the valve stem on the wheel. I then pushed on the hubcap to put in place. I tested the fit by tugging on the hubcap once it was in place and inspecitng if there was any gap around the edge of the hubcaps and wheel.

The hubcaps look great on my car. I am satisfied with the purchase. I am also glad that I purchased a package of four because while removing two of the old hubcaps, I damaged them. I am now hoping that the new hubcaps will last longer than my car, but if not, I would likely purchase another set. Great look at a low cost.
