We got this chair almost 2 years ago and have never regretted it! I was about 8 months pregnant--I loved it then and I still do! It was a great chair during my last few months of pregnancy because it was supportive but comfortable. We used it everyday with our newborn for feedings and just rocking. We continue to use it daily with our now toddler for bedtime reading. It was easy to assemble, it looks great and it's durable and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

I will keep this simple. The locking mechanism slams to the lock position while rocking, waking and scaring the baby, it squeaks, and the pad wore out very quickly. So if you're looking for a glider rocker that is noisy, uncomfortable, and wakes your child by scaring the living daylights out of it - buy this one.

I would not recommend this chair to anyone! I custom ordered one from our local "Baby Store" back in February (wanted a specific wood color) and when it arrived the track underneith the base was cracked. I called the store and they ordered us a second chair and asked us to return the original. 7 weeks later our second chair arrived and it too was cracked at the base! There is something definitely wrong with the production of this chair, there is no reason to receive two broken chairs back to back. After 13 weeks of waiting we were offered a third chair, but we declined and went with a Dutailier.
